Shipping Policy for U.S. delivery Address
Product is normally Processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order. The standard delivery normally takes 4-10 days based on standard ground shipping. Our Shipments are sent via US Priority Mail or UPS ground depending on the location and weight of the package. Delivery Method is up to our discretion as we determine the optimal shipping carrier for your package. Shipments made with US Priority mail have Saturday delivery as the U.S. mail system makes deliveries on Saturdays. Customers are notified of any extended time delay of backorder items within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.
Customers may have packages shipped via UPS next day or second day if they need on a guaranteed basis. The costs for this shipping method are calculated at time of your order during the check out process. We are integrated with UPS, your shipping expense is calculated by UPS depending on your zip code. You may change your shipping method at anytime during the check out process.
Shipping Policy for non-U.S. delivery Address
Shipments made to address' outside of the U.S. will have charges calculated by UPS international rates. You will be sent an email of this cost. The cost will be added to your order. You have 3 days from the date of the email to cancel your order. If we do not hear back from the shipping cost email your order will be charged and shipped. An email with the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.
Return Policy - Un-Opened and Un-Used Merchandise
All merchandise that has not been open, used, washed, or soiled, may be returned within the first 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition and packaging. The Shipping and Handling amount of your order is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee may be charged to your credit card. You are responsible for shipping costs of returning items to us. There is no need of a Return Authoriztion if you meet this criteria. Failure to meet the above criteria will result in non-refund of your items. Items that do not meet the criteria will not be returned to you at our expense. If you need help please contact our customer service department within your 30 days of merchandise receipt.
Shipping Damage
While it is rare, shipping damage does occur. We ask that you inspect the packaging upon arrival and look for any signs of visible shipping damage (holes in packaging, etc..). Please understand that your package will experience normal wear & tear during transit to you and should not be refused. Please notify PC Scrubs within 72 hours of receiving merchandise should you discover any shipping damage. This is required so that we can begin the claims process with the shipper and allows us to assist you in exchanging the product. PC Scrubs cannot accept responsibility for any merchandise that you receive with shipping damage that is not noted or reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
Cancellation & Policies
PC Scrubs offers a complete refund for all orders that are cancelled prior to order processing & shipment of your merchandise. Once your order has been processed (credit card charged & shipping airbill prepared), you may still cancel your order however it is subject to a cancellation fee of 3% which will be used to cover the merchant processing & handling fees that we incur. Once your order has shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, however you may return the package once you receive it. Remember, you are responsible for shipping expenses back to us. If a package is refused, we are not liable for the package unless it gets back to us. Any lost packages that are refused are not our responsibility. On any refused or returned packags the customer is responsible for any shipping charges charged and incurred as part of their order in addition to a 20% restocking fee.
